Design approach
The site uses a system font stack, responsive layouts, semantic headings and navigation, labelled form controls, visible keyboard focus and reduced-motion support. The appearance control supports light, dark, automatic local-time switching and a colour-friendly blue-and-gold palette. Labels, borders and selected-state indicators supplement colour. Automatic hero rotation can be paused and respects reduced-motion preferences. Social icons have accessible names.
Navigation & maps
Use the skip link to reach the main content. Menus can be opened using a keyboard and dismissed with Escape. Map information is also provided through location buttons and text address cards, so you do not need to interpret the map to find a contact. External services have their own accessibility arrangements.
Forms
Required fields are identified, validation messages explain missing or invalid information and submission status is announced. Career uploads accept one PDF, DOC or DOCX up to 5 MB.
