Who is the seller?
The seller or merchant of record is identified at the external checkout and in the order confirmation. Depending on the platform, it may be a retailer, a platform entity or Arvellan Ltd acting through the platform. An external checkout does not by itself remove obligations belonging to the actual seller. Check the contracting entity and relevant terms before ordering.
Delivery, cancellation & refunds
The applicable seller and platform information explains delivery, access, cancellation, refunds and digital licences. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content, remain applicable. For digital content, any loss of a statutory cancellation right depends on the required express consent and acknowledgement at the relevant checkout; browsing this website or clicking a retailer link is not that consent. We do not apply a blanket no-refund rule to purchases.
