Arvellan Publishing / Rights

A new use starts with permission.

For translation, reproduction, adaptation, extracts or other uses of a published work, tell us what you would like to do. We will establish the relevant title and rights holder.

Describe the proposed use.

Please include the book title, author and edition, the material you want to use, the intended format and audience, and the territory, language and duration you have in mind.

For an extract, identify the passage and approximate word count. For an illustration or cover, identify the specific asset. A link to your organisation or project helps us understand the request.

Useful information

Rights are specific.

Availability can differ by title, edition, territory and type of use. Credits alone do not replace permission. A catalogue listing or a purchased copy does not grant adaptation or reproduction rights.

We will confirm whether the request can be considered directly or must be referred to another rights holder. Any licence, fee, credit wording and restrictions must be agreed in writing before use.

Nothing on this page limits uses that are permitted by applicable law.

Translation & editions

Identify the proposed language, territory, format and distribution plan. Tell us whether you represent a publisher or another organisation.

Extracts & educational use

Specify the text, the size of the audience, whether access is paid or free, and how the material will be distributed.

Media & adaptation

Describe the production, intended use of text or imagery, channels, territories and proposed release timing.
